If you are an athlete, parent, or coach of an athlete, Velocity Performance Training summer camps are a way to get an edge on the competition. Whether you are a youngster just getting started in sports and fitness or an elite college athlete, we have a age-appropriate program to fit your needs. Learn the secrets that have taken many of our college and pro athletes to the top of their game!

This summer you can:
-Create game-changing speed, agility and quickness!
-Play above the rim or net with an increased vertical jump and 1st step explosiveness!
-Improve strength and power for your sport!
-Increase your flexibility and learn other secrets of preventing injury!
-Learn to fuel your body with champion athletic nutrition!
-Take your game to the next level!!!!!!

Many classes have flexibility in regards to training times and days per week. If you do not see a day or time that accommodates your schedule, please email Marty Ozaeta at VPTraining10@yahoo.com  In order to ensure quality coaching, classes are limited in size, so call (831) 869-5348 to register NOW!! The first to register in each class receives 50% off of that class!!! Registration deadline for most camps is June 7th. Registration deadline for most camps is June 7th. Pro-rating is available upon request. A signed liability waiver and “camp rules and regulations sheet ” is necessary to complete registration.

Velocity Performance Training Kids
Boys and Girls Entering Grades 3rd-8th


Group 1: Boys and Girls Entering 3rd-5th Grade (maximum of 6 participants)
Group 2: Boys and Girls Entering 6th-8th Grade (maximum of 12 participants)

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30-9:30a.m.

Session 1: July 5th - 30th
Session 2: August 2nd - 27th

Cost: 2 days per week - $130 for 4-week session
3 days per week - $175 for 4-week session

Get the kids off the couch this summer! This class is a fun and effective introduction to fitness and athleticism for youngsters. Divided into two developmentally appropriate age groups, youngsters will learn how to improve their coordination, endurance, speed, flexibility, and strength through youth-adapted drills and games. Velocity Performance Training Kids is an opportunity for youth to have fun and get fit!

Varsity Speed and Strength Academy
Boys and Girls currently enrolled, or entering high school (max of 10 participants in each time slot)



90 minute classes Monday - Friday from:

-10:30a.m. - 12:00p.m.
-11:00a.m. - 12:30p.m.
-3:00p.m. - 4:30p.m.

Excelling at High School athletics is all about SPEED. Velocity Performance Training Varsity Speed and Strength Academy is designed to teach high school boys and girls the secrets of creating unmatched speed, strength, and athletic performance!

90 minute classes incorporate:

Learn the secrets of Velocity Performance Training numerous college and professional athletes and dominate the competition!

Session 1: July 5th - 30th
Session 2: August 2nd -27th

Cost: 2 days per week: $195 for 4-week session
3 days per week: $275 for 4-week session


Velocity Performance Training Elite
Current College, College Bound Men and Women


June 14th - August (Report Dates Vary)
Monday - Thursday 11:00a.m. - 1:00p.m. or

6:00 - 8:00p.m.

*Must be a minimum of 4 fully-enrolled athletes

Cost: 2 days per week - $65/week if pre-paid by June 1st

- $85/week after June 1st

4 days per week (highly recommended for college

freshman)

- $115/week if pre-paid by June 1st
- $135/week after June 1st

The commitment and expectations of college sports can be intimidating. This program is designed to prepare current collegiate, or collegiate-bound athletes for the demands of college athletics. Athletes will learn how to perform the required weight room, speed, and conditioning drills for their school. Velocity Performance Training athletic performance and injury prevention methods and technology are integrated into this advanced program. Spend your summer getting and edge on the competition!
