You're Either IN or You're In The Way

WOW!!

Bootcamp has been tough so far this year



But It revs us up and keeps going strong and alert.

I designed a special workout for you guys and gals that can't train with me in person or if you want something to do on days you don't train with me over at www.VPTForAbs.com



I’m here to help.

I get emails with some strange excuse as to why they
can’t exercise, or train with me.

If they were valid excuses I'd take care of them, BUT,
I'm DONE dealing with "that guy".

You know "that guy", don't you?

He's always got some excuse for why he
can't do this or that....

Do yourself a HUGE favor, eliminate "that guy"
from your life. His lack mentality and lack minded
way of speaking will actually make You Weaker.

These guys areare also called "Battery Drainers".

So, in a nut shell, never allow yourself to be the guy
with excuses, always procrastinating and always
talking weak minded.

So let's KILL the excuses and dominate whatever stands in
our way.

That is THE way of Team VPT.

Period. End of Story.

Which, by the way, doesn't just mean men, there are
ladies out there as well, with too many excuses.

Remember: You're either IN, or you're in the way.

Time to get after it.
