Here are some great office stretches

There is too much sitting going on! Get up, move, & stretch.  Hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds.  Enjoy!!!

Calf Stretch


Inner Thigh Stretch

Hip Stretch


Chest Stretch

Lat Stretch

Back Stretch

Ab Stretch

Hamstring Stretch

Now get back to work ;)
