In search of the Quick and Easy?
The strong desire for Results will no doubt have you on the lookout for shortcuts. I not only have 3 simple fat loss solutions for you, I also have 3 questions I want you to consider before you DO try any of the tempting quick fixes you have likely considered – or are doing now.
Where are your choices taking you?
A short cut is a path. You are on the path to fat loss results, you just want to get there faster and find a way to make it easier….or even effortless.
Totally understandable. But in order to avoid the cycle of failure and frustration Are you choosing the Right shortcuts?
Here are 3 questions to ask yourself:
1. How do you feel?
Is this a strategy that makes you feel proud of yourself when you wake up in the morning?
2. A solution?
Is this a strategy that helps you solve your current problem?
Meaning…does the application of this strategy or short cut help you identify, confront and solve the habits that got you here in the 1st place?
3. End result?
Where will this strategy lead you?
Going off the question above, is this an action step that will lead to a solution that sticks? Or is it something you will have to do over and over and over again – leaving you frustrated and exhausted? Do you even KNOW what the end result will be?
Now that this puts things into perspective, I would like to share 3 simple fat loss shortcuts that DO answer the questions listed above in a positive and productive way – all to help you see and fee amazing fat loss results!
No I will not harp on you to simply eat right and exercise, however I will tell you that 3 simple steps will put you on the fast track to results!
Keep in mind, the difference between easy and simple.
Easy = Effortless
Simple = It just makes sense!
Anything worth having is worth working for.

Take a realistic approach and embrace the fact that fat loss results are not EASY, they require you to Take Action and Make an Effort with Consistency. Anything or anyone that tells you something different is just a dead end shortcut.
3 Simple Fat Loss Shortcuts
1. Track It
You cannot change what you do not acknowledge. This truly is the 1st step in getting the “eating for fat loss” under control. Once you can SEE what is actually going into your body, make small improvements each day. Your food log, journal, diary, etc. then becomes your roadmap for success for you can return to this information time and time again.
2. Focus On Strength
Workouts designed to make you stronger will dramatically boost your metabolism, begin reshaping your body in a matter of weeks and help you cut your workouts in half if not more! Resistance training is a shortcut in and of itself. Make it the priority in your workout plan.
3. Social Support
Yes, having someone On Your Side is a shortcut!
Think about it….how much time have you already wasted by not following through on plans you made and the excuses you have crafted.
Having the accountability, the motivation and the support from someone who GETS what you are doing and WHY you are doing it KEEPS you Focused and ON the fast track to results.
This truly is the most overlooked and underutilized fat loss shortcut out there.
Surround yourself with those who care about your dreams and goals. Seek out someone on the same page as you whether it is online or offline.
