I wanted to show you our 12 days of Christmas Workout we do every year during the holidays in bootcamp.
Here are the exercises we did during the workout (which we did this morning in class) and the number of reps for each exercise.
1. Bear Crawl
2. Extreme Squat Thrusts
3. Get Ups
4. Bootstrappers
5. Wall Ball
6. Knees to Chin
7. Kettlebell Swings
8. Band Press
9. Jumping Slamballs
10. Push Ups
11. Squat Thrusts
12. Ground Sky Squat to Broad Jump
Instructions:
-Perform 1 Bear Crawl (20 yards)
-Then do 2 extreme squat thrusts, 1 bear crawl (20 yards)
-Then do 3 get ups, 2 extreme squat thrusts, 1 bear crawl (20 yards)
-And so on, just like the song , "The 12 Days of Christmas"
-Each time through you add the next exercise.
It's a great, great workout.
