July marks the start of summer events for many families. Having a plan in place will make the difference between truly enjoying these festivities with confidence or holding yourself back out of the fear of what your body looks like to others.

1. Remember WHY


If the goal is to feel good and confident in your summer outfits why abandon all of your healthy habits only to end up feeling like you need to be a “slave” to your workouts in order to make up for all the weight you gained. 3. Meal Management


WARNING: The last thing you want to do prior to, during or after a 4th of July event is to not eat. If you choose to skip your meals, two wonderful things happen to your body.

Next since you brain thinks that you are starving it will tell your body to store any food that it does receive in the form of fat.

5. Forget the Gym
