If you need to lose weight and become healthier....you will need to exercise and eat healthier meals. Join a gym or find an awesome fitness studio that will help you achieve your health and fitness goals....i know a great one and if you live in the Monterey area.....call me at 831-869-5348 and I will tell you who I am talking about!! Or just get up and start MOVING......walk a block away from your house and come back....go to the park and walk your dog....go around your neighborhood and walk....drink more water instead of beers or sodas....stop eating out so much....stop going to fast food restaurants....eat smaller meals every 3 hours....eat breakfast.....stop eating junk food....for the most part....MOVING MORE AND EATING LESS GOES A LONG WAY IN IMPROVING YOUR HEALTH & FITNESS

JUST DO IT.....NOTHING WILL WORK UNLESS YOU DO.....NOTHING WORTHWHILE IS EASY.....JUST GET STARTED....THERE IS NEVER A PERFECT TIME TO GET STARTED WITH EXERCISING OR EATING HEALTHIER......STOP MAKING EXCUSES....

These are the quotes and words that are thrown around in our fitness studio....BUT instead of just hearing these words....our clients actually APPLY THEM!!! That is the biggest difference when it comes to achieving your health and fitness goals OR staying un-healthy...un-fit....un-attractive.....un-happy!!! Instead of focusing on what YOU CAN'T DO....start focusing on what YOU CAN DO.....and do everything you can to DO THEM...!! Start with small changes and in time they become big changes.....lose 5 lbs before 50 lbs.....walk half a block before 10 blocks....etc....
