Yesterday was a REAL honor as 5 Officers in The Marines took part in my VPT Fitness Bootcamp for a workout.
These guys and gals were put together, if you catch my drift.
Very athletic, very well conditioned, very strong, aggressive and mentally tough.
Bodyweight drills and a conditioning circuit at the end with sleds and kettlebells.
Many of the Marines did EXTRA work along with my regular bootcampers, which is all part of the champion's attitude.
It's doing the extra when no one tells you to do the extra, it's your inner drive that pushes you for the extra.
We've got lots of athletes at Velocity Performance Training who go the extra mile.
You need to be willing to attack the extra inch, the extra yard and the extra mile.
I can't teach it to you, you either want it or you don't.
It's up to you how you will make today go.
