These are some things that have helped me.
ReplyDelete1. Always pack healthy snacks before leaving your house. I would take Trader Joe's pre-packed raw almonds, string cheese, and a piece of fruit. Having this snack in my purse helped me while I was out during the day to avoid fast food.
2. Commit to a schedule and stick to it. When I put aside days and times and commit to it, it's much easier to go and workout. Knowing that this time is commited to working out, makes it like a job, I have to go in and put my time in.
3. Lean Cuisine and a salad or veggie soup. This is great for lunch or dinner. Instead of doing the fast food thing or ordering lunch from my work, I would pack a lean cuisine and a big salad. I made sure the lean cuisine had less than 30 grams of carbs and had light dressing on the salad. It's satisfying and fast to pack in the morning or a quick dinner. They also have a wide variety to choose from.
Wow! about the green tea. I almost thought I was drinking the same from bottle as brewed. But, something did seem a little different. Now I know. I have realized that when I was drinking tea more, It cut my appetite. It was my goal to start drinking tea more. Now I'm starting. Jinty
